In other moment, i just wanted dance, i don't care the theory about the dance, anyway, sometimes i thought about how my body acted and what used for the movement. But never i took more time for this.
So, now i
have a one class dedicate a this. Is the class the technique and theory for the
dance contemporary.
The best
the class is the take a conscience about the what you move in specific,
meaning, what muscle, what bone, what articulation.

call Bartenieff, we need read about the
method Bartenieff, this method speak the respiration, movement of the nucleus
(center the body), head and coccyx connection, upper-lower pattern, homolateral
pattern, lateral crossover pattern.
Then, when
you take a conscience, the practice have other focus, the exercises are better
to perceive.
Sometimes,
i find it difficult mencion all the muscles and articulation depending the
movement.
And this is
requires more study, the body is amazing, the capacity it has and when you
worked with the conscience, it complete.
